When requesting technical support, include the Peptide Atlas app version, your iOS or iPadOS version, device model, and a brief description of what happened. Please do not email medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, payment-card details, Apple Account credentials, or other sensitive health or financial information.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings in Peptide Atlas and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS or iPadOS Settings, select your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, and select Peptide Atlas. You can also visit Apple’s subscription management page.
Request a refund
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Reminders are not appearing
- Open iOS or iPadOS Settings.
- Select Notifications, then Peptide Atlas.
- Confirm that notifications are allowed.
- Return to Peptide Atlas and confirm that reminders are enabled for the routine.
Reminder delivery can also be affected by Focus modes, notification summaries, device settings, and operating-system behavior.
Delete locally stored app data
Delete individual saved calculations, schedules, and history using the controls available in the App. Deleting Peptide Atlas removes the current locally stored App data from that device. Subscription records remain with Apple and are managed under Apple’s policies.
Report a research correction
Email john@cliqio.com with the profile or stack name, the statement in question, and a link to a primary or official source. Do not send vendor sales claims as the only supporting source.
Calculator questions
Peptide Atlas performs arithmetic using values entered by the user. It does not choose a product, establish a target amount, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed clinician or pharmacist. Confirm the vial contents, formulation, diluent, route, measurement scale, units, and target amount with a qualified professional.
Privacy
Read the Peptide Atlas Privacy Policy. The current version does not require an account and stores user-created App data locally on the device.
