Effective date: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cliqio, LLC (“Cliqio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Peptide Atlas mobile application (“Peptide Atlas” or the “App”). This policy applies to the App. Use of cliqio.com is also subject to the website privacy policy available at https://cliqio.com/privacy-policy/.
Information stored on your device
Peptide Atlas does not require an account. Saved calculations, onboarding preferences, research selections, routine schedules, completion history, notification settings, and personal notes are stored locally on the user’s device. Peptide Atlas does not send this user-created content to Cliqio, RevenueCat, or Meta.
The App may write limited, non-medical operational events to Apple’s on-device unified log for debugging. These events are not sent to Cliqio by the App and do not contain calculation values, schedule details, notes, or research selections.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes App Store downloads, payments, subscription status, and related transaction records under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Peptide Atlas uses RevenueCat to verify Apple purchases and subscription access, restore purchases, measure subscription performance, and attribute verified subscription lifecycle events to advertising when the user authorizes tracking. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, installation or device identifiers, App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) consent status, and limited device or technical information for those purposes. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
Cliqio does not receive a user’s full payment-card details or Apple Account credentials through the App.
Meta advertising measurement and App Tracking Transparency
Peptide Atlas includes Meta’s Core SDK for install and advertising attribution. The SDK provides an anonymous installation identifier to RevenueCat and may process limited technical, diagnostic, and device information declared in Meta’s SDK privacy manifest. When a user grants Apple’s tracking permission, the App may collect an advertising identifier and enable an on-device Meta activation event. RevenueCat may then send verified trial, initial purchase, conversion, renewal, and related subscription lifecycle events to Meta through the Conversions API for advertising measurement. Meta’s privacy policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
If a user declines or has not granted ATT permission, Peptide Atlas does not collect the IDFA, does not enable on-device Meta activation events, and the launch configuration does not instruct RevenueCat to send subscription events to Meta without ATT authorization. Paid functionality, purchase restoration, and App access do not depend on granting tracking permission. A user can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking or in the App’s system settings.
Meta’s automatic purchase and subscription logging is disabled. RevenueCat is the only service configured to send verified subscription lifecycle events to Meta, which prevents duplicate purchase reporting.
Information not used for advertising
Peptide Atlas does not send RevenueCat or Meta peptide or stack names, research pages viewed, search text, calculator inputs or results, schedule dates or cadence, reminder content, completion history, onboarding goals, diagnoses, medications, symptoms, clinician information, or other health-related entries. These items are not used as advertising event names, parameters, subscriber attributes, or user properties.
Notifications
If a user enables reminders, Peptide Atlas requests notification permission and schedules local notifications on the device. Reminder content and schedules are not sent to Cliqio, RevenueCat, or Meta.
External research links
The research library includes links to third-party websites, including regulators, research databases, journals, and publishers. Opening a link leaves Peptide Atlas and is governed by the destination website’s terms and privacy practices. Cliqio does not control those third-party websites.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
RevenueCat provides subscription lifecycle analytics and may send verified subscription events to Meta for advertising measurement only as described above. Meta and RevenueCat may link installation, device, and subscription information with advertising data when tracking is authorized. Other product-funnel events remain on the device and are not transmitted to a remote analytics provider. We do not sell personal information collected through the App.
Sharing and disclosure
Cliqio does not share user-created App content because the App does not transmit that content to us. Apple, RevenueCat, and Meta process the limited purchase, device, technical, diagnostic, and advertising-measurement information described above. We use service providers whose terms require appropriate protection and restrict their processing to the described purposes and applicable law. Third-party research websites may independently process information when a user opens a link. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, but we cannot disclose App data that we do not possess.
Retention and deletion
User-created App data remains on the user’s device until it is removed through available delete or reset controls, or until the App is deleted. Apple, RevenueCat, and Meta manage transaction, attribution, and technical records under their respective retention obligations. Users may contact support about a RevenueCat anonymous customer record or a privacy request. Users can revoke future tracking permission through iOS Settings as described above.
Security
Local App data is protected by the security controls of the user’s device and operating system. Information transmitted to Apple, RevenueCat, and Meta is protected using their respective security controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Peptide Atlas is not directed to children under 13 and is not a Kids Category app. The App contains educational information about medical and research topics intended for mature users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
Privacy rights and requests
Because Cliqio does not receive user-created App data, we generally cannot access, export, correct, or delete that local data. Users can manage it directly on their device. For purchase-related, attribution, or privacy questions, use the support page below. Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
